There’s a game on the Fungus sim, a hunt of a more detailed sort.  It will take you a while, and you will want to have paper around to take notes.  I did it with a group, though there are parts that will require each member of the group doing certain tasks (timed ones!  That require a degree of coordination!), you can’t just ride on their coattails.

A degree of reading is involved (mostly just the very first bit though, to point you in the right direction to start, once you get the HUD at the tp point), but more than that, the hunt is visual- most of it is in pictorial clues, you just have to figure out how to piece them together.  It’s a bit beautifully devious, and amazingly scripted to make a really fun game.

The quest will take you all over (and under!) Fungus, and you’ll pick up some awesome goodies on the way.  Take your time! and prepare for the occasional frustration, but you’ll get through it eventually.  It’s a fantastic way to spend an evening or two.
