I have a guest!  Acha IM’ed me and asked if I wanted to take some pictures of her, and the answer was of course!  Though I didn’t switch viewers, so no fancyass shadows or DOF or anything this time (I hate working in Viewer 2, it’s still clunky, so it’s still for pictures only- once mesh hits I won’t have a choice in switching, but it’ll be annoying…and I may keep a 1.x viewer around just for the re-perming/renaming/clothing layers/etc. that is one of the huge issues with 2…though I even find something as simple as changing clothes takes me longer in 2.x because they lack some simple basic features of 1.x).  And I broke my minimal-to-no post processing photos rule for that stupid sign up there.  (The rule is in place because this blog is supposed to be fun, and quick, and I don’t want to get bogged down with never posting because I’m obsessed with fucking with photos!)

hya’s new Treats sets put us in mind of rollerderby, so we hunted down a good spot and did a bit of warming up.  No hair pulling or slamming each other into things THIS time, because we didn’t have teams together!  Next time though, I’ll totally get you, Acha.

The skates we’re both wearing are from different Katat0nik roller derby sets- they both may have been limited edition (Acha’s from Easter, and mine from St. Patrick’s Day, if so), but I don’t know for sure.  And I’ve got some girlwood for the new traditional female Maori tattoo from Miss Shippe’s Studio that Acha is wearing there (and was on my face once our photoshoot was over).
